Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information IntelliZab LLC collects through Morrow, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Morrow is a mobile application for watching short-form serialized drama, available worldwide wherever the App Store distributes it. This policy covers the Morrow app and this website (together, the "Service"), and applies to every user in every market. Where a country's law gives you rights beyond those described here, those rights apply in addition — section 10 sets out the regional ones we are most often asked about.
1. Who we are
IntelliZab LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at support@intellizab.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you sign in, we receive an account identifier from your sign-in provider (Apple or Google) and, where you permit it, an email address — which may be an Apple Private Relay address that we never resolve to your real one. We store the display name shown on your profile. If you write to us through the in-app feedback form, we store your message and the category you chose.
Information created by using the Service. A device identifier generated on first launch, which is how a guest keeps a wallet and a watch history before signing in; your viewing progress (which episode, how far into it, whether you finished); the series you save, like, or hide; your search terms; and your playback settings.
Transaction information. A record of every coin purchase, subscription, reward and unlock — the amount, the coin type, the date, and the App Store transaction reference. We never receive or store card numbers. Purchases are processed by Apple, and we verify the receipt with Apple rather than handling payment details ourselves.
Diagnostic and usage information. App version, operating system, device model, language, and an approximate region. Product analytics are recorded against a pseudonymous identifier rather than your name or email.
What we do not collect. Morrow contains no advertising network and no advertising identifier (IDFA) is requested, collected, or shared. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or biometric data. Morrow has no user-generated content and no messaging between users, so we hold no uploads, no user profiles for others to browse, and no private correspondence between users.
3. How we use information
- To operate the Service — playback, your wallet and coin ledger, unlocks, subscriptions, saved series and watch history.
- To process purchases and verify receipts with the App Store, and to keep the financial records that tax and accounting law require.
- To provide support and to answer feedback you send us.
- To secure the Service and prevent fraud and abuse, including the automated checks described in section 8.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve the catalog and the product.
- To meet legal, tax, and app-store obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies we rely on: performance of a contract, to deliver the Service you asked for; legitimate interests, for security, fraud prevention and product improvement; consent, where we ask for it; and legal obligation, for record-keeping and lawful requests. The same four grounds are how we describe our processing under comparable laws elsewhere — including Brazil's LGPD, Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, and Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. Under all of them we collect and process only within the scope of the purposes stated above; if we later want to use your information for a different purpose, we will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent again.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions under written terms:
- Apple — sign-in, in-app purchases, subscription management, and receipt verification.
- Google — sign-in, where you choose it.
- Cloudflare — content delivery and media storage.
- Cloud hosting for the Morrow service and its database.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a corporate transaction — in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
6. Retention
- General logs — 30 days.
- Billing and tax records — 5 years, as required by law.
- Your coin ledger — retained for as long as the law requires the underlying financial record. The ledger is append-only by design: entries are never edited or deleted, because it is the record that proves what you were charged and what you received.
- Account, viewing progress, saved series and settings — kept while your account is active, and removed or rendered unreachable on deletion as described in section 7.
- Support and feedback correspondence — 24 months.
- Analytics — kept in pseudonymized or aggregated form for up to 24 months.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. When you do:
- We revoke your Sign in with Apple grant, as Apple requires. If Apple cannot be reached, the deletion still proceeds — an outage on their side is not a reason to keep your account open.
- All of your sessions are revoked and your sign-in identity is removed. The account becomes unreachable immediately.
- Your financial ledger is retained as an anonymized record for the statutory period described in section 6. It is no longer connected to a usable account.
- Signing in again with the same provider creates a new, empty account. It does not restore the old one, and it does not restore coins, unlocks, or history. Coins and unlocked episodes are not recoverable after deletion.
An active subscription is billed by Apple and is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it separately — see the Coins & Refund Policy.
8. Automated processing
We run automated checks to detect fraud and abuse — for example, unusual purchase or reward patterns — which may result in a purchase or a reward being refused. These checks do not produce legal effects concerning you beyond access to the Service. If an automated decision affects you and you disagree with it, write to us and a person will review it.
9. International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where information is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
10. Your rights
Subject to local law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of what is inaccurate, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of or objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent. Write to support@intellizab.com. We verify a request before acting on it, and respond within the period the applicable law allows — generally 30 days, or 45 days in California.
These rights are offered to every user, wherever you live, and not only where a law compels them. Some regions add specifics:
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, and you may object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests.
California
You have the right to know what we collect and how it is used and disclosed, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. IntelliZab LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will publish an opt-out mechanism before the practice begins. You may designate an authorized agent to act for you, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Brazil
Under the LGPD you may additionally request confirmation that processing takes place, anonymization or blocking of unnecessary data, and information about the parties with whom we have shared your data.
Taiwan
Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act you may inquire about and review your personal data, request a copy, request correction, and request that we cease collecting, processing, or using it, or delete it. Where the law permits, a reasonable administrative fee may apply to producing a copy.
Elsewhere
If your country grants a right not listed here, write to us and we will honour it as the law requires.
11. Children
Morrow is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them, and if we learn that we have, we delete it. The app carries an age rating consistent with app-store requirements. Many countries set the age of full legal capacity at 18; where yours does, a person under that age may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and may not make purchases without it. Reports concerning child safety are handled under our Child Safety Standards.
12. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encryption of sensitive data at rest, access controls on a least-privilege basis, and vendor review appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes, and neither tokens nor payment receipts are written to logs or analytics. Media is served from private storage through short-lived signed URLs rather than public links. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
13. Third-party services and links
Where the Service links to or embeds a third party — an app store, a sign-in provider — that party's own privacy policy governs what it does with your information.
14. Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page and update the effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect, and where consent is required we will ask for it separately. Previous versions are available on request.

Terms of Service and End User License Agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and IntelliZab LLC ("IntelliZab", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By creating an account, purchasing coins, or otherwise using Morrow (the "Service"), you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Morrow distributes short-form serialized drama. The Service gives you access to episodes — some free, others unlocked with coins or included in a subscription. The catalog, availability and pricing vary by market and change over time. We may adjust, suspend or discontinue features for operational, compliance or security reasons, with reasonable notice where practical.
2. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian where your local law allows it, to use the Service; you must have full legal capacity to make a purchase. The Service may not be used by anyone under 13. Some content is intended for mature audiences and is subject to the age rating shown in the app store.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@intellizab.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple — see section 8.
4. License and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream our content for private, non-commercial viewing. All series, scripts, artwork, trademarks and software remain the property of IntelliZab LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, download, re-record, re-upload, republish, translate, resell or create derivative works from our content, or circumvent any access control, without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, distribute malware, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, evade payment, manipulate rewards or coin balances, or interfere with the Service's operation or security. We may throttle, suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this section, and preserve evidence where required.
6. Coins — virtual currency
"Coins" are a virtual item used to unlock episodes. Coins are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access content within the Service. They are not money, not a stored-value or prepaid instrument, and carry no cash value. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, sold, or redeemed outside the Service.
Coins are consumed at the moment an unlock is made, and the episode is delivered immediately. Bonus coins — granted with a pack, a reward, or a promotion — may carry their own conditions, including expiry, which are shown when they are granted; bonus coins are always spent before purchased coins. We may change coin prices and unlock costs prospectively; changes do not affect coins already purchased. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and describe how remaining balances will be treated. Full detail is in the Coins & Refund Policy.
7. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Weekly VIP is offered on a recurring basis. Before you buy, we show the price, the billing period and the renewal terms. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged within 24 hours before the period begins, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling removes future charges but does not retroactively refund a period already begun, except where the law requires otherwise. Step-by-step cancellation instructions are in the Coins & Refund Policy.
8. Payments and refunds
Purchases in the Morrow app are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is displayed, and exclude taxes unless stated. Because coins are consumed on delivery, purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as described in the Coins & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section removes a statutory right you have where you live. Many countries give consumers a period in which to withdraw from a distance contract — 14 days in the EU and the UK, seven days in Taiwan, and comparable periods elsewhere. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, that right is commonly excluded once you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing it, which is what unlocking an episode does. Where your local law grants a right we have not named, it still applies, and you can exercise it by writing to us.
9. Third-party stores
Where you obtain Morrow through Apple's App Store, that store's terms also apply, the store is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
10. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use them and incorporate them into the product without compensation and without obligation of confidentiality, provided we do not publicly identify you as their source.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular title will remain available.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliZab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted, and mandatory consumer provisions are governed by their own rules.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify IntelliZab LLC against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
14. Export control and sanctions
You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. Export Administration Regulations, OFAC sanctions, or other applicable sanctions laws. Where we discover such use, we may suspend access immediately and cooperate as the law requires.
15. Copyright complaints
We respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The notice and counter-notice procedure, our repeat-infringer policy, and our Copyright Agent's contact details are in the DMCA / Copyright Policy.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if continued provision would create legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — survive it.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Except where the paragraph below applies, disputes are resolved by arbitration conducted remotely under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, deemed seated in Wyoming, in English; an award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away your local protections. Wherever you live:
— the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence continues to apply, and prevails over anything in these Terms that conflicts with it;
— you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country where that country's law gives you the right, and we will bring any claim against you there;
— you are not required to arbitrate where the law of your residence does not permit it, and nothing here prevents you from using a small-claims court, a consumer ombudsman, or a government mediation service available to you.
Where a translation of these Terms is provided and differs from the English, the English version prevails — except that where local consumer law requires it, the interpretation more favorable to the consumer applies.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Coins & Refund Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what coins are, what they cost, when you can get a refund, and exactly how to cancel a subscription. It is part of our Terms of Service.
What coins are
Coins unlock episodes. Some episodes are free; others cost a set number of coins, shown before you unlock them. Coins are a licence to view content inside Morrow. They are not money, they have no cash value, they cannot be transferred to another person or account, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.
What coins cost
| Item | What you get | Price (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| 500 Coins | 500 coins | $4.99 |
| 1,200 Coins | 1,200 coins | $9.99 |
| Weekly VIP | Access to everything currently available, for the period | $6.99 / week, auto-renewing |
Prices are shown in US dollars. In other markets the equivalent local price set by the App Store applies, and taxes may be added at checkout. Pack contents and prices may change; the price you see at the moment of purchase is the price you pay.
Bonus coins and purchased coins
You can also earn bonus coins — from a daily check-in, from watch-time milestones, or from a promotion. Bonus and purchased coins behave differently, and the app shows both balances separately:
- Bonus coins are always spent first. When you unlock an episode, bonus coins are used before purchased coins.
- Bonus coins may expire. Where they do, the expiry is shown when they are granted.
- Purchased coins do not expire while your account is active.
How coins are used
Coins are deducted the moment you unlock an episode, and the episode is delivered immediately. Unlocked episodes stay available while your account is active. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining coins and unlocked episodes; they cannot be restored, and signing in again creates a new, empty account.
Refunds
Because coins are delivered instantly and consumed on use, purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. We will refund, or ask Apple to refund, in these cases:
- a duplicate or accidental charge;
- coins that were paid for but not delivered;
- a purchase made without authorization that you report promptly; and
- any case where consumer law in your country gives you a right to withdraw or cancel.
Statutory withdrawal periods differ by country — 14 days in the EU and the UK, seven days in Taiwan, and comparable periods elsewhere — and they run from the day after purchase. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, that right is commonly excluded once you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing it, which is what unlocking an episode does. Whatever your country grants, it applies; write to us and we will honour it.
Purchases made in the app are billed by Apple, and refunds for those purchases are issued by Apple under Apple's policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We will help you with a store request: write to support@intellizab.com with the date, amount and transaction reference, and we will reply within two business days.
How to cancel a subscription
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your Morrow account.
Apple — iPhone or iPad
Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → tap Morrow → Cancel Subscription → confirm.
You can also open the App Store, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions. Morrow's Profile screen links straight to this screen.

Child Safety Standards
IntelliZab LLC has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out what is prohibited, how we prevent it, how to report it, and what we do when we receive a report.
Zero tolerance
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor. This applies to our catalog, to anything sent to us, and to any use of the Service. There are no exceptions and no warnings.
What is prohibited
- Any depiction of a minor in a sexual context, whether real, animated, or generated.
- Content that sexualizes minors, including suggestive framing of real children.
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or trafficking of a minor.
- Promoting, linking to, or seeking such material.
How we prevent it
Morrow's structure removes most of the surfaces on which this harm usually occurs:
- There is no user-generated content. Viewers cannot upload video, images, or audio. Every episode in the catalog is licensed or produced by us and reviewed before release.
- There is no communication between users. No messaging, no comments, no profiles, no follower graph, no way for one viewer to reach another.
- The app carries an age rating consistent with app-store requirements, and content intended for mature audiences is rated accordingly.
- Staff with access to content review are trained on these standards, and access to personal data is granted on a least-privilege basis.
The only free-text a viewer can send us is the in-app feedback form, which is reviewed by our team and is not visible to other users.
How to report
If you find anything in Morrow that you believe violates these standards, or you have information about the exploitation of a child in connection with our Service, report it to support@intellizab.com with the subject line CHILD SAFETY. Include where you saw it and any detail that helps us locate it. You may report anonymously.
Reports are routed to a named person on our team and are prioritized above all other correspondence.
How we respond
- We acknowledge a report as soon as we can and begin review immediately.
- Where content plausibly violates these standards, we remove it from circulation first and investigate afterwards.
- We terminate the accounts of anyone who violates these standards, permanently, and we do not require a second offence.
- We preserve evidence as the law requires.
Reporting to authorities
We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. law, and we cooperate with law enforcement in the jurisdictions where we operate. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Point of contact

Review
These standards are reviewed at least annually, and whenever the Service gains a feature that changes how people can interact with it or with each other.

Submitting a takedown notice
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — the series title and episode number, and where in the app you saw it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within two business days, and we remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, together with consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the district of your address (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found) and acceptance of service of process from the complaining party.
We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed an action seeking a court order.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers, and we end licensing relationships with suppliers who repeatedly provide infringing material.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
